Shop hassle-free! This product can be exchanged or returned within 15 days in unused condition, with the customer bearing the shipping cost.

Free repairs/replacement under 6 months [Hidegde] or 1 year [Newhide] warranty period (in case of Manufacturing Defects). Any shipping cost paid by the customer will be reimbursed in this case.

We request you to understand the product length and its correspondent waist size before ordering the product. It will save time for both of us.

What do I do if I am not fully satisfied with my purchase?
Every product is special. We provide you with wide variety of products to choose from.
However, if you are disappointed with the colour or style of your purchase, you can exchange it for another product in same pricing. You can
exchange to make sure we deliver the product of your needs.

Q) How can I exchange a product?
In order to ensure that the exchange process is easy and informative. We have designed a way to keep it simple. For any
requests for exchange kindly e-mail it to us at using subject as ‘Exchange product’ within 7 days from the date of receiving.
Our team will get in touch with you to assist you with the procedure further at the earliest. The party will have to bear the cost of return.
On receiving the parcel of the exchange article, we will initiate confirmation of the same to make no delays in your shopping.

We ensure that all exchange requests made within 48 hrs for wrong/defective products are dealt with utmost efficiency.
However any request for exchange for the aforementioned cases post 48 hours is subject to denial.
Exchange against articles priced similar or higher than the originally purchased article is applicable for all order. In case
the customer choses to exchange the originally purchased article for an article priced below that of the original, the
balance between the two will be credited to customer’s wallet.
Newhide ensures exchange/return of articles in their original state along with bills, tags, and packaging according to the
guidelines as stated. In case the same in not ensured, we reserve the right to deny exchange/return.
To keep the experience smooth and accessible we ensure that all the requests for exchange of store purchased products
are dealt at the online store and all the requests of exchange for products purchased online are dealt online.

Reverse pick ups will be initiated by us in case of wrong/defective products. All deliveries for other return/exchange
requests will be borne by the customers initiating the same.
All the exchange requests will be initiated within 24-48 hrs after the shipment has been returned to its origin and has
undergone the quality check successfully.

It covers defects in material or workmanship up to one year (Newhide) or 6 month (Hidedge) from date of purchase. We will repair or
replace the products which are still under warranty.
Our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship one year from the date of
purchase. A valid sales invoice must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty
period. Once your product is inspected and a defect is found due to manufacturer’s workmanship, we will
repair or replace your product with the same style. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged
by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or
workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included.
If the product is defective from our end,
we shall return the return shipping charges, within 7 days of return. We will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.
Please be advised that all defective products are disposed of upon receipt, and replaced if the terms of the warranty are met.
